Extremely bad service

I really wish Itbwas possible to give a 0 star rating, your team is an absolute mess, no empathy whatsoever, I called in yesterday regarding my order which was sent to a warehouse that is over 30km from where I stay which of course resulted in my order not being delivered. Today I receive another sms stating that my delivery failed again! Of course it will fail because the there were no changes done on your systems after my call. Today I call again, using my own airtime to try and get assistance with this mind you, I did not create this issue, your company should be trying to resolve this by sending the order to the correct warehouse, but no I must plead with you guys to do the right thing. I call in, speak to a Sinovuyo who has zero empathy, even after my call, my query is still not resolved
