Extremely Bad service
I made a purchase on Wednesday The 15th last week and the estimated delivery time was Monday the 20th and I still haven't received my order and today is almost the 22nd<br> <br> That's just ridiculous, it's been 5 working days now, this courtier is taking as long as the post office, I cannot accept such service, the last purchase I made from you took only 1 day to deliver, what's different about this one, and I made sure I order products that are only shipped from your JHB warehouse to make sure that delivery doesn't take long<br> <br> Jessica Gordon from [Email Removed] said the courier came to my house and found no one but this is a lie as I was home the whole day on the scheduled delivery day<br> <br> Out of anger I requested a refund and they are processing it but in actual fact I need those items I purchased, they must be delivered to me with a different more reliable courier than fedex this time<br> <br> Complaint ***
