Extremely bad service

Worst customer service ever. Have the same issue every time, but they can't even provide a solution. In addition, the supposed customer service is also unhelpful and very sarcastic. I always ask them to deliver after a certain time in the morning, but then they don't adhere to that and attempts to deliver before the scheduled time. Then my delivery just gets move out - no regard for the customer. I actually try not to order from them anymore. Very quick to deduct the payment, but that is where it stops!!!
