Extremely bad service

Hi,

I have placed an order with takealot on Saturday 24 May.

It showed latest delivery date 29th may, which I was fine because it's for my daughters birthday on 30th may.

Part of this order is needed for my daughters birthday which are rollerblades. How does it look she going to her party without even having rollerblades.

I recieved message on tues 27 May stating package with be delivered 28 May. Late on the 28 May o recieve a message package was delivered to incorrect courier facility and rerouting. I then contact takealot today with a response from saying the package is lost and will only recieve in on 3 June.

They are ruining a little girls birthday which she has been looking out the whole month

Why could they not have said in first place package was lost instead of the message. Pathetic service Order number ***.
