EXTREMELY bad service

I placed my order for th vintage empire gaming set. After seeing the delivery date I phoned the company to simply move the delivery date a few days later as i would not be home. We went out on our normal planned day and then I get phoned saying the package is infront of my house. Again I tell them to redeliver on the date I will be home. Twice more theu came on different dates one of wich i even phoned to make sure it is now sorted only to jave the delivery guy phone me that same day saying he is at my house. After a VERY LONG and annoying back and forth calling to now make sure the package is sheduled for the correct day i find to my dissapointment tbet day of correct delivery the package is not out for delivery. AGAIN i have to phone and people are running around trying to find the package now and get it on a delivery vehicle. After all of this extreme struggles the product is defective and it does mot work. I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED in takealot I have been a frequent buyer before but I have never been so frustrated and ready to scream!!!
