Extremely Bad Customer Support

This is worst service ever, we ordered one of the Rainbow mattresses in a box from Takealot. With great reviews that we now think are **** reviews. We received the mattress on the 2 January 2026, stop using it on the 10 January 2026 and requested an returned. They collected it on the 26 January 2026.

It was terrible causing constant back pain and and neck pain it was feeling like you are laying in a hole.

We took photos of it before they came to collect it and wrapped it. They collected it with a small bakkie truck combo where the mattress hardly fitted they pushed it in. Takealot rep**** the mattress has brown marks and they do not take back used things. And refuse to refund (R8000)

We sent them the photos of the mattress where there are NO marks and how it was wrapped.

We told them surly this is still under guarantee and warranty, they refuse to reply and sent the mattress back to us.

Now we are stuck with something we can't use because it causes unimaginable back pain and out of R8000. So they really live up to their name TAKEALOT.
