Extremely bad customer service

Everybody worries about how covid 19 affects the lungs, however its badly affecting the brain. Extremely Fustrating! Ordered a kettle for a gift, 2 weeks later the order gets cancelled by takealot. Order a toaster, 2 weeks later recieved a damaged toaster. Send it back to replace still waiting which makes the Total time to 6 weeks now still waiting. Ordered two all in one computors which is not a cheap product. 2 weeks later both of them looks like they have been used for two years with scratches and marks all over. Ordered lights two weeks later takealot cancells the order and we have to order again, 3 weeks later still no delivery
