Extremely Bad Customer Care Service!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to share my disgusting experence with the call centre today. Azukile M were so unhelpful with just changing the delivery time on an order placed within 10 min. Azukile M are very unprofessional as he first refuse to help and then you can hear his baby screaming in the background. He also refused to give me his surname. It is ridiculous that once an sms for delivery is placed I can then reschedule but not within 10 minutes of placing the order. Please do not even go through to a supervisor as you will hold on and on and on with no assistance!!!!!!!
