EXTREMELY BAD!!!!!!!!

Paid extra for my item to be delivered and been waiting at home the whole day. Only to receive an SMS saying it will be rescheduled as I was not at home. Cannot get ahold of anyone and no one wants to assist. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
