Extreme poor service at takealot

As a first time buyer from takealot, the pick up service at Lyndhurst, Jhb was absolutely disasterous. We were a few customers collecting our purchases, their system was offline, and with no other alternate way of getting our parcels. We explained to the young lady attendent, we took time off work, and traveling there. She was absolutely rude, arrogant and over talking the customers, in a very high toned voice, left a bitter taste of such pathetic poor service, we will consider carefully again buying from takealot
