Extreme patience won them a customer for life!

I have to say, I was SO impressed by Takealot.

My mother's phone recently died. She happens to need dual sim and so I sourced a good phone off of Takealot to meet her needs. I never anticipated issues with compatibility with one of her carriers. I ended up purchasing AND returning not one, but two phones till we finally found one that worked with both of her sims.

I never imagined that Takealot would honour the returns! But they did. Not only that, but despite lockdown, they were prompt, courteous and efficient.
