Extreme bad service - Takealot

@Takealot... You take a lot of money but no delivery!!! I have never received such bad service😔. Order not delivered, yet your stupid app says it was. Almost 35 emails sent, 10 different people promising to sort it out and 2 phone calls (your call centre sucks), all of them saying the mistake was on your side, yet no resolution!!! It's 3 months later and still waiting for someone to sort it out and I want my money back!!!
