Extreme bad service

I received an incomplete parcel and I logged a call, sent emails and no one has been responding. After trying several times to call I finally managed to get this logged. They took forever to come back to me. Then suddenly received an email stating that the package was sent and I will not be credited These people r ripping us off Ndlovu there have not even provided with proof that the parcel was delivered
