Extra poor service

I ordered and paid for a book on 10 January 2023 at Takealot. The delivery date was set for 31 January 2023. It was not delivered. I phoned Takealot and they said that their supplier did not deliver and therefore is not Takealot's fault. Takealot did not follow up on this order nor did they communicate to me what the problem was. Takealot said they will give me feedback only when their supplier give them feedback, which can be whenever !!!!!!!!!
