Extra mile from Tiffany

As frustrated as I've been that Takelot doesn't give you a phone number to dial, or in this day and age doesn't even have WEBCHAT! (Crikey, and Naspers owns them!) I managed to find via some forums an actual number to call. A young lady by the name of Tiffany Molifie saved the day, as I needed my delivery to be expedited for my son's birthday. Ok, so she wasn't able to get it to me yesterday but her continued feedback to me was so refreshing! It's rare that agents understand that something called "managing expectation" is so important. Well done and please pass my happy note on to her...ps. my son is happy as well :-)
