Extending deliveries without any communication

I've order a item, which was expected to be delivered in 5 - 7 work days. Only to track the package and see the package has not shipped yet. I've contacted the seller and they confirmed they have shipped the package a week ago already. Called Takealot and confirmed they will be delivering today. Only tot rack the delivery and find it's been postponed by another week without any communication. Shocking service from a online retailer aiming to be the best in SA.
