Express order not delivered

I made an Express order, meaning the parcel to be delivered the next day, I knock off at 17h00 but I waited for my parcel only to be sent an sms at 16h58, they could not deliver because I am not available, no one contacted me. I received another package from Takealot the gentleman who had my order managed to contact me, but this last order no one bothered. What is the point of payment extra for such a huge inconvenience. Today I receive an sms for redelivery, its 14h00 and no delivery yet (I paid for express) I am on the phone as we speak its 11 minutes now no answer, Take a lot wants to frustrate me.
