Express Delivery is a lie

<p>I placed an order on Sunday and selected the express delivery option to be delivered on Monday the 5th Dec And paid the extra R95. On Monday evening at 17:09 I received an SMS to say my order will be delevered before 17:00. What a joke. It is now Tuesday 11:25, I've phoned the callcenter twice and nobody can tell me where my order is or when will I receive it.</p>
