Express delivery guarantee Fail and Lies!

Placed an order Sunday 30th October 2022 around 19h00 for a printer required for work and a few other personal items. Opted to pay their R70 next day delivery costs as I required the printer urgently. Waited the entire 31st of October 2022 for the items to be shipped. They arrived at the courier depot in booysens jhb at 14h23 along with a message that delivery will be made by 19h00. This depot is probably 10-15mins away from my home and what do I receive as a message (courier delayed) will reschedule at 19h00. So their courier couldn't deliver in 4 and a half hours to a residential address in let's say a 10km radius on time. They happily take your R70 rush delivery, don't apologize and don't refund or credit the money. How many other R70's are ****** by takealot in this scheme. Someone needs to investigate the theft and non-delivery from takealot. Yet they want to compete with Amazon lol, i think Amazon can sink takealot if this is how they value customers. Disgusting takealot, disgusting!
