EXPRESS DELIVERY

So today I called and agent asking to assist with express delivery. As the items I need are for an event this evening. She assures me to place the order as if they indicate in cape town they are available at the warehouse It is 8:30 am. Ordering before 10 am qualified for same day I proceed paying and placing my order To find out it only arrives in a few days time .....I can't get refund cause that takes a couple more days

The events now without its Gifts and the agent takes no responsibility neither does takealot
