Exploited 65 year old by Takealot

I have never received such bad service. I have been exploited , **** to and treated like I am at fault. I saved for a product for over 6 months with the hope of having it for Christmas. I received only half of the product and have now been waiting for over a week to get the matter resolved. I ordered a patio table with 4 chairs and received only a table. Now I do not have the money to purchase another and am not able to get my money back. I can not purchase another set without the money. I have just been told again that their is miscommunication between them and a subcontractor once again. Please take note and be warned
