Exploitation of takealot.com drivers

Normally I don't like to name and shame a business, but this time I feel like I don't have a choice. Takealot (Potchefstroom franchise) is exploiting their drivers. They work long hours and have to go into dangerous places for pic-ups and deliveries. The "boss" can go on luxury holidays and buy expensive telescopes ext. while the drivers have to struggle every day to support their families and pay their rent. The drivers never get the salaries they work for. They have to take advances on the salaries and have to pay the company to do so. For example , say a driver takes a R6000 advance then they have to pay the company R600 back. And the company wants the drivers to wait 2 - 3 months for their salary if the do not take an advance. It's already a struggle with Covid-19 for the most South Africans to survive on a daily basis, but how can a company do this?????Honestly they don't even deserve one star. And the "boss" said this month they can only take a R1000 advance because there isn't any money. I never do something like this, but this time I made an exception with the hope that someone with the power to help these drivers, will see this and help them.
