Exploitation of MrD/Takealot drivers at the Midrand hub

The Midrand Hub is exploiting the drivers and its sad. I am one of the drivers in this hub and the things that are happening are sickening. Drivers from this hub are badly exploited and no one can stand for the drivers. It is unthinkable that drivers are independent partners and yet treated like trash by this hub. Drivers are forced to work on a weekends in this hub and if you don't come in, R150 is deducted from your pay. As an independent, I choose when to come in and not, as in why I should be docked R150 for not working on any day on the Weekend leaves a lot desired. Some orders are Cash on Delivery. So as a driver, you expected to cash in after your shift or next morning before 08:00, if you get there late, they deduct R200 from your pay. This hub is the worse hub I have worked for and drivers are ****** off their hard earned money. The deduction that are imposed are ridiculous and unfair to the drivers. I wish someone or some powers can investigate this hub.
