Expired product shipped by Takeakot

I placed an order on the 4th June and received delivery on the 6th June. One of the items was a Mantelli Product which had already expired in May 2024. Now there is no option to lodge a refund or replacement nor any option to contact someone to get a resolution at Takealot Why is the quality control not in place to ensure that fresh items are shipped. This sucks
