Expired product and damaged item

<p>Hi Guys, I am delighted to see i have received a expired product which is expired last year, in same order also received an item which doesnt work and package of the item is open.</p> <p>I am not sure if i can approach any legal consultant regarding this issue for supplying expired products, how bad is it?</p> <p>Could you kindly assist me to get proper solution.</p>
