Expired product

I bought a "Dr Ceuracle - CICA Regen Vegan Sun SPF 50+ PA++++ UV Protection" at Takealot from the seller MK Trading on 31 March 2026 & it got delivered on 2 April, upon checking the product for authenticity I scanned the QR code of the product which didn't lead me to the site that verifies & proves that it's original.

To make matters worse I was sold a product that expires in about a week on 15 April 2026, it was manufactured years back in October 2023. They even hid the manufacturing & expiry date with a sticker (which I removed), but the expiry date is also on the product's container (I guess they didn't know that). I went to Takealot to review the product & my experience they keep rejecting my review and refuse to post it giving me all sorts of reasons for the rejection which have nothing to do with the reviews I keep writing. This particular product from this MK Trading seller has one review and it was made back in 2023, that should have been a red flag for me.

The sunscreen is very watery and has begun to split since it's old. Now I am stuck with an almost obsolete product that I can't use for safety reasons & can't get a refund or have it returned because it's a skincare product that has no warranty. I am utterly ****ed & disappointed by Takealot and the seller.
