Expired printer cartridge

Regarding me recent poor review of Takealot and them selling an out of date printer cartridge which did not work... Realizing they would not see the review, I went looking for email addresses on their website and sent my story to them directly. They reacted quickly asking for more details on the matter, then sent their guys to collect the cartridge so they could see for themselves. I trust they will refund / replace for me?
