Expired Goods Sold and Dispatched

It is a shame that Takealot started selling and distributing expired goods, without a care in the world. We have over the years spent hundreds of thousands of rand with Takealot. On 5 September we placed an order for a bulk box of Nestlé Hot Chocolate sticks and we received the delivery on 11 September. It transpired that the goods had already expired on 31 August 2023, even before we placed our order. To crown it all, it was marked as a non-returnable items, which is almost laughable. Takealot sadly are exhibiting more and more of a non care attitude. They may think nothing of it, but if not careful, there is only one way and that is down.
