Expensive musical instrument arrived dented and damaged :(

Bought a musical instrument - a tongue drum - as a birthday present. Paid for priority delivery and all. It arrived damaged and dented. Now I have to go through a long onerous returns process where they may or may not be able to give me a fixed one. No ways I'll get it on time for the birthday. They don;t care about customer service, nor do they perform basic quality control on goods sold. I don;t know how this company continues to operate, quite frankly. I'm never buying from Takealot again, it used to be OK, but it's just next level bad nowadays :(
