Expensive item not delivered, but order closed by delivering a cheap item not ordered

I ordered a number of items including a counter fridge for about R4900. The delivery time was very long to start with and 2 days before the indicated delivery date, I received a "delayed notification" for the fridge (of another 3 days). However, on the original delivery date the other items were indeed delivered together with a cheap item (of probably R250) I did not even order. The order was closed/completed. Needless to say I still don't have the fridge and I also receive no feedback. I think this is a "scheme" of some sort and consider now opening a ******** case (not that that will be help in this country!)
