Expensive item ****mers

Takealot is such a big online company they make so much of money but purchase a expensive item they charge you for it but they don't deliver it Here's my experience on Sunday 12th November I made a purchase of a ps5 with 2 Controllers I paid R13000 and I bought 2x kiddies make up sets and 1x art set it was all suppose to be delivered on Tuesday 14th November they did deliver yes the 2 make up sets and art set but not my ps5. I immediately call them to complain since then 100 consultants have been asking me 100 questions on email but up until today I haven't received my money nor the ps5. So now it's time to take legal action. It's 3 weeks now. I have had enough and waited patiently very long. So takealot be ready as I am going to sue u guys now. I'm never going to purchase from them. Rather go instore and purchase expensive items it's more safer.
