Expected delivery but have to wait 2 weeks now!!!

I purchased and item online on the 29-01-2015 order id: *** and the item in question was in stock and supposed to be delivered on the 02-02-2015. after waiting all day for my item with no show and no update to my order or notification that it will not be arriving I checked the status of my order and i now have two wait 2 weeks for my item as it has to be ordered from suppliers. i did not like the bad service of not being updated on my order or sent notification that it is not in stock. Why do it ems show in stock online when its not and now i have to wait 2 weeks for something urgent to me and i could have gone and bought it elsewhere if i knew the item was not in stock or have to wait this long.
