Excuses and Incompetency

Delivery of my 4 electronic and an audio devices were scheduled for the 24 December 2017. Sometime that day I only see that there has been a reschedule and they cited items being taken to the wrong facility and as a result they will seek for the services of a third party to deliver my items and therefore I must then change the method of payment CoD to EFT. I did but they are still asking for proof of payment despite attaching it about 5 days ago. Maybe my location is cursed it should not be given such options as CoD and rather than telling me on my face they made stupid excuse to my inconvenience. What a ****py service this is....stupid excuse indeed
