Exchange/Refund

I bought a phone from Takealot, after a few months it started giving me trouble.. Trying to exchange it is giving me a absolute headache, Takealot finally came to pick up the accessories after emails send and finally phoning them asking them when are they coming to pick it up.. 4 days later my phone was only received by the supplier and it is almost a week later and I have not yet heard a word form Takealot.. I have been sending email on emails asking them for an update and yet nothing
