Exchange & Returns

So disappointed with the service I purchased a gas heater and it was not working properly. I requested for exchange and its been almost 2 weeks they came to collect the broken one and I've since been waiting for my exchange. I am told that they need to firstly inspect the broken one. Like omw I'm getting cold with my family. I regret my purchase I should have gone to a reliable store for this. Trust me this is my last purchase
