exchange / refunds is a horrible task!!!!

I ordered a MIFI router weeks ago, they did not mention that it was a standard Telkom ONLY Router which i am now stuck with because i use a rain simcard. trying to find useful info on how to actually return stuff back to them is such a tedious task that i have been battling with for weeks!!! Can someone please contact me and have this router exchanged or i get my refund... the same with a wireless charger bought last week that apparently works on all IOs phones but does not work on mine... i need an exchange or refund ASAP... ***
