Exchange Gone Wrong

On the 30/10/23 I placed an order with take a lot resulting 3 items Of which together they were on special plus I was Given a R150 voucher if I purchased up To R550

One of the items was a kids bag wchi was described as Leather, upon arrival I realised the material is not Leather and I was unhappy and decided to log an Item Exchange (Ref no: MRRN-WZY7J-PEBZ)

They picked up the Bag and I received sms advising to wait for further instructions Instead another sms came through aprooving the returned item and matter was closed and I was refunded with R23

Take a lot please assist me with exchanging the bag that way the Deal remains the same and everyone wins.

NB:The option I chose was to exchange Not Refund (Therefore the deal remains the Same)
