Exchange disaster

I am so frustrated with a return horibly gine wrong taking 4 weeks to get item exchanged just to realise they delivered the exact same size I had instead of the larger size I requested. Back to square one. All the drama and time for nothing now I have to start again and they take soooooo long to give feedback. My child needs the shoes this weekend. Now what??
