Exceptionally slow service-PSN network voucher

I purchased two Playstation network vouchers this morning via EFT from Absa Bank and provided proof of payment to Takealot. I've being informed via email that it was received and that it would be allocated shortly which I've not received as yet. When you try to phone you have to stay online for an exorbitant amount of time. How can it take so long to send me the voucher codes by email after you received the proof of payment already??? Order NO:***.

Hello AJMarais,

We're sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced when trying to get through to our call centre. We are currently experiencing high volumes of calls and are trying to assist customers as quickly as possible. EFT payments aren't instant payment methods and they require processing time. We process these payments twice a day and will be processing the second batch shortly. Once your payment has been authorised your codes will be released to you.

In future should you require your orders to be processed quicker we kindly ask that you try one of our instant payment methods like credit card or Instant EFT.

Kind Regards,
