Exceptionally bad service from Takealot

Ordered an orthopedic pillow for a family member who was discharged on the 28th May from hospital. The order was place and set to be delivered on the 28th. This did not happen! Made contact with Takealot and was assured it would be delivered on the 29th before 19:00. This too did not happen!! Years of trust and business with the company is now out the windows and I will shop elsewhere from now on.
