Exceptional shopping experience with conveniences that make online shopping hassle-free !

Never had a problem shopping online with Takealot. Customer service is always quick to respond to any changes to orders or updates. The ability to track and inquire where your packages are and when it will arrive is also very helpful. Takealot makes use of national cargo deliveries companies such as FedEx, Fast + Furious, RAM and Fast Way (this is pertaining to my location; it might be different for someone else). In my experience FedEx delivered the quickest, also a day before the expected delivery date. RAM and Fast Way always arrived on the expected delivery date. And sometimes Fast + Furious was a day late (maybe 1-2 instances but not a lot to instigate any problems).

Takealot is also very helpful and quick to issue refunds if a particular item you bought can no longer by acquired. The refund amount will first be added as online credit to your account, where after you can request the amount to be transferred to your bank account. Returns or exchange is also the most pain-free experience I've had so far. When issuing a return/exchange you don't have to pay the fee for your package to be picked up. The pickup and exchange delivery date were usually 1-2 days apart.

Payment options are in abundance and with options such as Cash on Delivery which makes buying online a lot safer for most people. I would like to see an option for PayPal in the future as I use it most often to pay for online shopping rather than using my bank card credentials.
