Exceptional services on exchanges and refunds.

I have recently bought a Brother A150 Sewing machine from Takealot and I was extremely happy with it. Perfect machine, perfect price, perfect delivery, but 3 months after I bought it, my "automatic needle threader" stopped working. I logged a return with Takealot and within a day got feedback that collection was schedules. They collected the machine and a few days after that, I got an e-mail, stating they didn't have stock of the Brother A150, they can either give me a credit on my account, send it for repairs (which would have taken a little long) or give me a refund. After informing them I would like a refund, within a week, the funds was transferred into my bank. Without any problems, arguments or excuses. Takealot really is ONE OF THE BEST online shops I know and very true to their word. Thank you Takealot for making shopping so easy and pleasurable.
