Exceptional service from John Andrew Booysen

I called Takealot this morning as I was having issues with payments, part of the payment was on my pay fast and wanted to know how I could add on that payment. It was a general query, but the agent really went the extra mile to find a solution. He offered to call Payfast instead of telling me to call them, he gave them instructions on how to assist and then he called me back within 15 minutes. He apologised for the delayed response which was way sooner than expected. He was very polite and very willing. His service trully lifted my spirit. It high commendable especially during this pandemic.
