Exceptional service

I ordered a small solar powered battery charger, which despite all my efforts would not charge. I logged onto their site and lodged a return request. At 08:00 the next morning they were at my doorstep. Then a week later they were back again with a replacement, which under the one testing condition I have used, is working soundly. And, no charge for the pick-up or re-delivery either. I think this exceptional service from a company that cares!
