Exceptional service and delivery everytime

Purchased an Air Fryer in November. Was told the delivery would only be on 14 December. Delivery arrived a week earlier than expected. Used the air fryer once and the fan stopped working. Logged a return. Within 2 days take alot collected the air fryer, did their assessments at the warehouse and the next day a new air fryer was delivered in time for Christmas. I have been shopping on take alot for probably 10 years now and have NEVER had any problems with their service. Even when logging returns or I have queries. Will continue to shop on this trusted platform and spread the word about their amazing service.
