Exceptional Service!

In Aug 2017 I purchased 3 March Yearz Ribbon Spinner bags for my sister in JHB who comes to visit us in PE once a year. In Dec 2020 when they came down for their visist she advised that the largest bags handle had broken off and that the one wheel was not working. I logged a return via the takealot app and with in one week they collect the damaged bag. I was informed of the process throughout and a month later I received an email and sms to say that they were delivering an new bag.
