Exceptional service

I placed an online order on [URL Removed] on Tuesday morning. While I was still busy with the payment options, I already received an e-mail confirming my order. Once payment was finalised, I immediately received another e-mail confirming that my payment was received and that my parcel will be delivered by Thursday, which is two days later.<br> The very next morning at 7h36, Fedex was at my door delivering my parcel. This excellent service was free of charge, as it is the standard delivery offered free for orders exceeding R250.00.<br> Not only did [URL Removed] exceed my expectations on the delivery, but also on the prices of their products that was on promotion.<br> <br> I wish to applaud [URL Removed] for their exceptional service. It is good to know that there are still companies out there that pride themselves in delivering good service, considering that we live in a country where poor service has become the norm.
