Excellent value for money

We bought a Xiaomi at the beginning of the year and after 8 months the USB subboard stopped working. We lodged a return with Takealot who came to pick it up almost the next day. They then sent it to Xiaomi who replaced the board under warranty and the item was shipped back to us. All completely free. Now that is what I call service and peace of mind. Have bought a lot of things from Takealot and will continue to do so.
