Excellent Takealot cancellation service

I have been having some difficulty with a very late delivery from Takealot. I tried to cancel the order before delivery (the delivery time was going to be over a month) and was then unable to return it once it arrived (the product was suddenly marked as unreturnable). Reaching out today I got superb service from Yamkela.M who arranged return and cancellation very promptly. It involved quite a few emails, so very impressed considering it's Black Friday.
