I would Like to compliment Jamie Philander, a call centre agent from [URL Removed] for dealing with my query in such a professional and sufficient manner. She deserves an award for excellent client service as she managed to calm me down after I was already irrate but she sorted out my query within a matter of minutes which took another agent nearly an hour and a half to do.
